YES DONE PROM DRESS SHOPPING :D
so on my way in my little browsing in downtown , i came across this quaint little shop in ... okay i have no idea where . i suck with directions ): ..
anyways .
my first impression as i opened the door, was that
1) it smelled amazing
2) reminded me of a dollar store .
bits of everything were on sale . so i kind if wanted to walk out .
but around fifteen minutes in , after walking the whole shop ,
i realize how super omazing the stuff is
its not mainstream , definitely not .
there were candles, little booklets of things , huge bars of something something soap
collections, iron mice , etc .
what surprised me the most was that i found it interesting , and i loved alot of the stuff inside.
i kind of realized how much i was sucked into ... hmm .. worldly things at that point .
my reasoning is kind of weird so this may not make much sense .
because the stuff in the shop wasnt mainstream , i was surprised that really enjoyed my time inside .
which made me reflect my past interests for 2009 .
how mainstream and worldly they were : /
clothes , job , school , etc - how much they blocked God from my eyesight .
YUP . that was my reminder of the day .

and also i cant help but see people walk past me and think how lost they are : /
not too long ago i might as well have been in their position . and it really hurt . i was really lost .
so these people are just living their lives hurting and ... not even knowing it .
what am i going to do about that !?

ohyeah & bible study on friday was pretty bomb : )

(ohyeah theres a REAALLLYY bomb 'all organic' cafe downtown called .. i forgot what . but if you happen to see a little cafe - inside is all bricks w/ alot of art on the wall - they help artists sell their work - then walk in ! amazing coffee amazing hot chocolate - omazing food)
